Editorial Policy
This policy explains how BlogFost articles are made, who is accountable for them, and how we handle corrections. We would rather tell you plainly how the work is produced than make a claim we cannot stand behind.
Our principles
- Every topic, angle, and editorial standard on this site is set by a person.
- Drafts are produced with AI assistance, then read line by line and edited by a person before publishing.
- We prefer clarity, evidence, and practical usefulness over hype.
- We do not publish invented statistics, fabricated studies, or quotes attributed to people who did not say them.
- If a factual correction is needed, we update the article and note the change when appropriate.
How these articles are made
We think readers deserve a straight answer about this, so here it is. A person decides what is worth writing about and what a good version of that article looks like. The draft is produced with the help of AI writing tools. A person then reads the result line by line, checks it, rewrites what does not hold up, and only then publishes it.
What that means in practice: the judgement, the standards, and the responsibility are human. If an article is wrong, that is on us, not on a tool. We do not publish fabricated research, invented numbers, or quotes nobody said, and we would rather leave a question open than paper over it with a confident-sounding guess.
Found something inaccurate? Tell us and we will fix it. Corrections are a normal part of publishing, not an embarrassment.
